Each of us is always happy to please loved ones with delicious. How to make it easy, tasty and in a short period of time? There is an optimal recipe - this is a royal cheesecake with poppy seeds.
The total cooking time, depending on the volume, will take about 1.5 hours.
For cooking we need:
- 200 g margarine
- 0.5 kg of cottage cheese (choose fat content to taste)
- 0.7 kg flour (it is better to use ready-made pancake)
- 7 pcs. eggs
- 1 bag of vanillin
- 0.5 cups sugar (if you like sweeter, then more)
- 1 tbsp. l. confectionery poppy
- 10 pieces. fruit caramels (best "pads")
- salt (to taste)
- banana chips for garnish (or whatever you like)
- aluminum foil sheet
- 2 containers for dough and filling
- We will also prepare vegetable oil and lubricate the mold with it (if the mold is silicone, then this is not required)
Let's start by making the dough
We spread all the margarine at once into a container, gradually add 0.6 kg of flour to it in portions and carefully chop the resulting mixture with a knife. When the flour begins to crumble, we continue to rub with our fingers. As a result, we should have a fine-grained crumbly structure. We put the resulting dough in the refrigerator for half an hour. While it is cooling, let's start filling.
Filling
Beat the eggs thoroughly until fluffy. Gently add sugar, poppy seeds, vanillin, salt to them. Beat well again. Gradually (very gradually!) Add to the resulting curd. Visually and on trial, the filling should have a consistency reminiscent of whipped sour cream. We turn on the oven. While we are assembling, it is guaranteed to have time to warm up to the desired temperature. It is advisable to place the iron grate in the oven in the penultimate position, since the cheesecake is very airy and will gradually grow up. To prevent our baked goods from burning, place a piece of aluminum foil on the wire shelf, preferably with the glossy side down.
Let's start making cheesecakes
We take out the dough from the refrigerator and pour half of the mixture into a prepared form, evenly distributing it on the bottom and walls, thus forming the sides of the future culinary masterpiece. Carefully lay out and level half of the filling inside the resulting workpiece. We lay out the caramel in random order. Put the remaining filling into the mold. Spread the remnants of the dough evenly on top, paying attention to the fact that there are no areas not covered by the dough.
Decorate with banana chips in a circle. We put in a preheated oven and leave to bake over low heat for 50 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer. This gorgeous dessert will never disappoint your family members or visiting friends.
