Who doesn't love pancakes? Probably, there is not a single person who is indifferent to them. There are many recipes for this culinary dish, consider unusual pancakes with mayonnaise.
The recipe for making such pancakes is simple, in addition, you need a small set of products that the hostess will always have at hand.
For cooking, you need the following products:
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
- eggs in the amount of 2 pieces;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- flour - 9 tbsp. spoons;
- warm water - half a liter;
- 0.5 teaspoon salt and baking powder;
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- vanillin for flavor.
Preparation
Cooking pancake dough with mayonnaise is not difficult, it does not require any skills. We use a spacious bowl to prepare the dough.
- We start mixing with eggs, mayonnaise, sugar. Then add salt, baking powder and vanillin. Now it's the turn of warm water, mix thoroughly and add wheat flour. Beat the dough slowly to avoid lumps. At the last stage, add sunflower oil.
- Before you start frying pancakes, the pan must be well heated and greased with oil.
- Pour the dough with mayonnaise and distribute it evenly. You need to fry pancakes, like ordinary ones, on both sides.
