Muffins are associated with sweet and delicious muffins. But you can cook not ordinary muffins with green buckwheat. They are delicious and can be served for breakfast or dinner.

It is necessary

  • - potatoes 1 pc.;
  • - basil 1 bunch;
  • - flour 1-2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - cheese "Maasdam" 50 g;
  • - cheese "Brynza" 50 g;
  • - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - salt;
  • - green buckwheat groats 60 g;
  • - butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse buckwheat, cover with cold water and leave for 20 minutes. Then drain the water, put the buckwheat into a small saucepan and pour 100 ml of water. Bring cereals to a boil, remove from heat and leave for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Wash the basil, tear off the leaves and chop them finely. Peel the potatoes, grate on a coarse grater. Squeeze it lightly to get rid of excess moisture.

Step 3

Combine potatoes with buckwheat, add eggs, basil and flour to them. Stir the mixture thoroughly.

Step 4

Peel and chop the garlic. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, mash the cheese with a fork. Combine cheese, feta cheese, vegetable oil and chopped garlic in a bowl. Stir the mixture well.

Step 5

Combine the buckwheat-potato mixture with the cheese mixture. Stir gently and salt. Put the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
