The Emerald Scatter salad turns out to be very elegant and attractive in appearance, and the combination of ingredients makes the taste of the dish simply unforgettable.

- - chicken breast - 1 pc.;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - tomato - 2 pcs.;
- - cheese - 100 g;
- - eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - kiwi - 2-3 pcs.;
- - salt and pepper - to taste;
- - mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
First, we prepare all the ingredients: chicken breast, it can be replaced with any parts of the chicken, boil in salted water, cool slightly, free from skin and bones. Cut the resulting pulp into arbitrary medium-sized pieces. You can tear the meat into fibers with your hands. We spread the chicken on the bottom of the salad bowl, the layer should turn out to be even.
Step 2
We peel the onion, rinse it and chop it as finely as possible. Sprinkle the chicken meat with chopped onions. We coat the layers with mayonnaise. For those who like more spicy food, sprinkle the meat with onions with salt and pepper.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and form the next layer from it.
Step 3
Wash the tomatoes, dry them with a paper towel or towel, cut them into cubes and put them on top of the grated cheese. It is better to take tomatoes that are not particularly soft, then the pieces will turn out to be smoother, and it will be much easier to cut them.
Step 4
Pre-boil the eggs hard-boiled, let them cool slightly, peel them. Rub the chicken egg on a coarse grater and pour over the tomatoes. From above we make a mesh of mayonnaise.
Step 5
My kiwi, peel and chop. You can cut the kiwi into cubes, strips, or triangles. Decorate the top of the salad with pieces of fruit.
We put the salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and can be served.
