Emerald cake with grapes is not only very tasty, but also very beautiful. The emerald cake is unlike any other cake; it will make a splash on the festive table. In this recipe, you will have to bake only the cake in the oven; the cake should completely solidify already in the refrigerator.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 2 eggs;
- - 80 g of sugar;
- - 60 g of starch;
- - 60 g flour;
- - 8 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of milk;
- - 2 tsp baking powder.
- For the cream:
- - 450 g of curd cheese;
- - 400 g of grapes;
- - 380 ml of yogurt;
- - 250 ml cream 35% fat;
- - 170 g sugar;
- - 100 g of hazelnuts;
- - 20 g of gelatin;
- - 1 lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
Mash eggs with sugar, add vegetable oil, milk, flour, starch, add baking powder. The dough should be a little thin.
Step 2
Pour the resulting dough into a split form, bake the cake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
Step 3
Soak gelatin in cold water. Rinse seedless grapes, dry, cut 2/3 of the berries in half.
Step 4
Combine sugar, curd cheese, lemon juice, yogurt. Add soaked gelatin, whipped cream to the cream, stir everything.
Step 5
Cover a detachable form with parchment, put the cooled cake in it, coat with prepared cream. Spread the chopped grapes over the cake, cover with the rest of the cream.
Step 6
With the mold, knock on the table so that air bubbles that have formed between the grapes and the cream come out. Refrigerate the cake for 2 hours.
Step 7
Transfer the emerald cake with grapes to a dish, decorate with grapes and hazelnuts, serve with tea.
