- chocolate (black) - 100 grams;
- chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
- butter - 100 grams;
- biscuits - 50 grams;
- nuts (hazelnuts) - 30 grams;

Break the chicken eggs into a small bowl, add sugar and flour, mix and combine with the chocolate - nut mass. Then mix thoroughly again. Turn on the oven for preheating. Grease a baking sheet or baking dish and lightly dust it with flour. Pour the prepared dough and place in the oven for about half an hour at 180-200 ° C.
You can check the readiness of the product with a wooden stick - pierce the cake, if the stick remains dry, "Brownie" is ready.
Cool the Brownie, cut into slices and place on a flat dish.
"Brownie" with dark chocolate

Wash and break the chicken eggs into a bowl, add one at a time to the chocolate mixture, stirring well. Then pour in the sifted flour, walnuts chopped into small pieces and a pinch of table salt.
Take a baking dish, grease it with butter and dust it with a little flour to prevent the dough from sticking when baking. Pour the finished dough into a mold and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C.
While the Brownie is baking, make a cream for the interlayer. Put some butter and cream cheese in a small bowl, beat with a blender until fluffy, add vanilla, cinnamon and powdered sugar and gently stir the cream. Grease the finished and cooled Brownie dessert with whipped cream on top and refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours. Prepare the chocolate icing: in a water bath, melt the cream, 85 grams of chocolate, 1 tablespoon of butter and coffee (1 tablespoon). Cool the frosting, grease the top of the Brownie, and chill again. Cut the cake into small pieces before serving.
