Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Prepare a large baking dish: brush with a little butter and sprinkle with flour (can be lined with baking paper).

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath with the addition of butter. Remember to stir to make the mixture smooth! Cool the resulting cream slightly and pour over the eggs. Stir until smooth.

Step 4

Sift the flour and add to the liquid ingredients of the dessert. Stir again thoroughly. Add chocolate drops and dried fruit at the very end. Stir lightly again, just to distribute the additives evenly. Transfer the dough to a mold and bake for about 30 minutes. Then cool first at room temperature and then in the refrigerator.
