As the name suggests, this wonderful pie combines the best of two of the world's most popular desserts: a tender brownie base and a melting cheese filling!
It is necessary
- - 125 g butter;
- - 345 g of dark chocolate;
- - 125 g brown sugar;
- - 185 g of white sugar;
- - 4 large eggs;
- - 1, 25 tsp vanilla extract;
- - 140 g flour;
- - 185 g cream cheese (Philadelphia);
- - 200 g of natural yogurt or sour cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a baking dish with butter.
Step 2
In a water bath or microwave, melt the butter with the addition of 185 g of chocolate broken into pieces, mix until smooth. Set aside from the stove to cool a little.
Step 3
Sift the flour into a separate container. Beat 2 eggs with a mixer with the addition of brown and 120 g of white sugars. The mass should at least double in volume! Then add vanilla extract to it. Pour the cooled chocolate and 120 g of sifted flour into the eggs in a thin stream. Knead until smooth and send to the mold.
Step 4
In another bowl, beat cream cheese with thick natural yogurt or sour cream. Add the remaining white sugar and (one at a time) two eggs. Then add flour and chopped chocolate. Pour the cheese mass over the base, make chocolate stains with a knife and send it to the oven for 50-55 minutes.
