Chocolate pancakes with ice cream

For pancakes:

- 150 grams of flour;

- 100 grams of sugar;

- three tablespoons of cocoa;

- two eggs;

- 50 ml of vegetable oil;

- a pinch of salt;

- vanillin (to taste).

For filling:

- 200 grams of ice cream;

- 100 ml of syrup;

- 100 grams of strawberries.

Take a deep bowl and combine flour, cocoa, milk, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, salt and vanillin in it. Beat the mixture with a mixer, cover with a towel and leave at room temperature for two hours. Over time, put the pan on the fire, heat it and pour a small portion of the prepared dough into it, trying to distribute the dough over the pan as quickly as possible. Reduce heat to medium and brown pancake on both sides until appetizing brownish. Bake pancakes from the rest of the dough in the same way. Chill the pancakes, then place three small balls of ice cream in the middle of each, wrap the pancakes with a tube and pour syrup on top. Garnish with strawberries before serving.

Chocolate pancakes with milk

- 150 grams of flour;

- 250 ml of milk;

- 50 grams of butter;

- two eggs;

- 50 grams of chocolate;

- a tablespoon of rum;

- five tablespoons of sugar;

- a pinch of salt;

- icing sugar (for decoration).

Take a deep bowl, sift flour into it, add sugar and salt. Make a depression in the center of the flour slide and break the eggs into it. With a mixer, start beating the eggs and gradually pour in the cooled milk to the mass. Pass the resulting mass through a sieve to sift out unmixed lumps. Put the bowl with the dough in the refrigerator for an hour, in the meantime prepare the sauce for the pancakes: melt half of the prepared butter and mix it with the rum. Heat the skillet over the fire, scoop up a small amount of dough with a ladle, pour it into the greased skillet and let the dough flow. Fry the pancake on each side until golden brown. As soon as the pancake is ready, sprinkle it with pre-grated chocolate on top and wrap it in a triangle. Bake and wrap the rest of the pancakes in the same way. Before serving, sprinkle the pancakes with icing sugar and pour over the previously prepared sauce.
