Dessert is not just food, its preparation is a whole art. It is quite possible to quickly and tasty cook a wonderful dessert at home. The main thing is to show desire and a little imagination.

- chocolate - 20 g;

- Potato dessert:
- potatoes - 300 g;
- eggs - 6 pcs.;
- brown sugar - 200 g;
- lemon - 1 pc.;
- butter - 10 g;
- flour - 80 g;
- cinnamon;
- walnuts;
- almond.
- Apricot jelly with basil:
- apricots - 8 pcs.;
- basil - 20 leaves;
- gelatin - 4 sheets;
- red wine - 250 g;
- icing sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
- lemon - 1 pc.;
- fruit syrup - 1 tbsp. l.
- Semolina halva:
- semolina - 200 g;
- vegetable oil - 100 ml;
- sugar - 200 g;
- water - 250 ml;
- walnuts;
- cinnamon;
- coconut milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Fried peaches with almonds and wine Rub the butter with sugar, add the almonds, grated chocolate and stir. Cut the peaches into two parts, remove the seeds. Put butter and sugar mixture in each half. Grease a baking sheet with butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cover with wine and lay out the peaches. Bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 130-150 degrees. Serve cold.
Step 2
Potato Dessert: Make mashed potatoes, add egg yolks, nuts, flour, sugar and cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Whisk the egg whites into a lather. Grease a baking sheet with butter, lay out the potato mass and brush on top with whipped egg whites. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Serve warm, garnished with lemon slices.
Step 3
Apricot Basil Jelly Cut the apricots in half, remove the seeds and place the halves in a fruit bowl. Top with lemon juice, sprinkle with powdered sugar and refrigerate. Soak the gelatin in cold water until it is completely dissolved. Add gelatin to a glass of warm wine and stir. Rinse dry basil, add it to the gelatin mixture and pour over the apricots. Refrigerate. When the jelly thickens, cut it into small pieces. Top with fruit syrup and serve.
Step 4
Semolina Halva Put the semolina in a skillet with heated oil and fry over low heat until reddened. Pour the hot sugar and water syrup into it, stirring constantly to avoid clumping. Add chopped walnuts and cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to cool for 1-2 hours. Cut into small pieces and sprinkle with coconut milk, or sprinkle with coconut.
