The beauty of this recipe is that it will take a minimum of time and effort to prepare a meat casserole, thanks to the use of semi-finished products. But at the same time, the finished dish will be very aromatic, tasty and juicy.
- packing of minced meat (any, weighing about 400 grams);
- packaging of frozen vegetables (Mexican or any other mixture);
- onion;
- 50-100 grams of sour cream / mayonnaise;
- 150-200 grams of finely grated hard cheese;
- pepper and salt.
1. Fry the selected minced meat with medium-sized chopped onions, season with pepper and salt.
2. Put the minced meat fried until tender in an even layer in a prepared baking dish.
3. Pour slightly defrosted vegetables from the bag on top of the minced meat, smooth with a spoon or spatula.
4. Pour sour cream or mayonnaise on top (you can mix mayonnaise and sour cream 50/50).
5. Sprinkle well the prepared grated cheese on the dish.
6. Bake the form in an oven heated to 190 degrees until the cheese melts and becomes golden brown.
7. Remove the prepared meat casserole from the oven, let stand for a while and cut into portions. You can serve this casserole either with any side dish or as an independent dish.
