It is necessary

  • some vegetable oil
  • garlic - 2-5 cloves (to taste),
  • bell pepper (red or yellow, you can do it in half) - 1 pc,
  • basil - one sprig
  • olives - 3 tbsp. spoons,
  • grated cheese (any) - 4 tbsp. spoons,
  • tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

We wash the eggplants, dry them a little and cut them into circles, which we lay out on a plate or wooden board. Salt and leave to lie down for half an hour.

Dip the eggplants in water for a few seconds, then fry in hot vegetable oil until a crust forms.

Step 2

Grind the garlic in any convenient way. We wash the tomatoes and cut into small cubes, cut the olives in the same way.

Chop the basil finely.

Step 3

Saute the peppers over medium heat for five minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes and chopped basil, season with pepper, suneli hop seasoning, salt a little and cook under the lid for another 15 minutes.

Add chopped garlic and olives to the vegetables languishing under the lid. If you want some piquancy, add two tablespoons of capers to the vegetables. We continue to cook for another five minutes.

Step 4
