Eastern sweetness - sorbet (from Turkish Şerbet) is a colored fondant on a caramel-creamy base with the addition of nuts or fruits. However, cottage cheese is much healthier. Delight your loved ones with a delicate cottage cheese dessert, adding some bright accents.
It is necessary
- - cottage cheese with a fat content of at least 5% 500 g.
- - milk 100 ml.
- - multi-colored pieces of jelly
- - gelatin 20 g.
- - sugar 150 g.
- - cling film
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the gelatin in a little warm water. Let it brew for 10 minutes.
Step 2
While stirring, pour milk into the gelatinous mass. Heat over medium heat, but do not bring to a boil. Cool it down.
Step 3
Mash the cottage cheese and sugar. Add the resulting milk-gelatin mixture. Mix well.
Step 4
Add finely chopped jelly cubes to the curd mass, mix.
Step 5
Put the mass on cling film, form a sausage (choose the diameter of your choice) and wrap with plastic wrap.
Step 6
Place the dessert in the freezer for 2-3 hours so that the mixture can solidify. Before serving, cut into slices and garnish with berries and mint leaves.
