Homemade cakes with natural chocolate are a delicious, albeit very high-calorie dessert. Two-tone marble products are especially beautiful and require high quality dark and white chocolate. It is better to serve cakes with vanilla ice cream, which perfectly sets off the taste of the dessert.
It is necessary
- - 250 g of dark chocolate;
- - 100 g of white chocolate;
- - 250 g butter;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 180 g of sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
- - 0.5 cups of peeled hazelnuts;
- - 80 g flour;
- - a pinch of baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare cakes, you need dark chocolate without additives, containing at least 50% cocoa. For those who like a more savory taste, you can use dark chocolate without sugar. For children, you can make a milk chocolate cake. It tastes more delicate, but milk chocolate melts less well.
Step 2
Cover the rectangular shape with parchment and brush with a little oil. Fry the hazelnuts, refrigerate and chop into coarse crumbs. Melt black and white chocolate in separate containers, stirring constantly. To prevent the mass from burning, it is better to melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add butter to dark chocolate.
Step 3
Beat eggs with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Sift flour, mix it with baking powder. Add the mixture in portions to the egg mass, and then add the melted dark chocolate with butter and chopped nuts. Stir the mixture gently with a spoon, making sure that the chocolate does not freeze.
Step 4
Place the resulting dough in a parchment-lined dish. Pour melted white chocolate on top and stir the mixture with a wooden stick so that marble patterns appear on its surface. Smooth the surface with a wide knife.
Step 5
Place the dish in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. The chocolate brownie takes about 20 minutes to cook. A properly baked crust remains soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Remove the product from the oven and cool it directly in the mold. Then cut the crust into small rectangles and arrange on plates. Each portion can be garnished with powdered sugar mixed with cocoa powder, chocolate monograms, a drop of jam. Serve with vanilla ice cream or well chilled custard.
