  • - dark chocolate (no more than 60% cocoa) - 140 g;
  • - flour - 120 g;
  • - butter - 240 g (220 for the dough, 20 for the mold);
  • - granulated sugar (fine) - 250 g;
  • - eggs - 4 pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

The oven heats up to 150 degrees. The protein is mixed with salt, then pistachios are smeared with this mixture, laid out on a baking sheet covered with cooking paper. Pistachios are roasted in the oven for 10 minutes, cooled and chopped coarsely. The oven temperature rises to 170 degrees. At this time, the dough is being prepared.

Step 2

The chocolate is crushed and melted in a water bath. The butter is mixed with chocolate, granulated sugar and eggs, pistachios and flour are introduced into the dough, everything is thoroughly mixed.
