- Chickpeas (chickpeas) - 250 g

Instructions
Step 1
We sort out the chickpeas, fill it with slightly cool salted water and wait 10-12 hours until it swells.
Step 2
We pass the swollen peas through the fine-mesh nozzle of the meat grinder.

Thoroughly wash the parsley on the tap, finely chop and dry.
Step 4
Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
Step 5
Add vegetables, spices, salt to the resulting mashed peas.
Step 6
Mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Once again, pass the resulting mass through a meat grinder if it turns out to be loose.
Step 8
Now we turn the mashed potatoes into balls similar in size to a walnut.
Step 9
In oil, heated to 150 degrees, alternately, as carefully as possible, lower each ball for 8-9 seconds. We take them out and put them on a plate. Bon Appetit!
