System casserole
To prepare a casserole for dinner, which will not contradict Ekaterina Mirimanov's nutritional system, you will need the following products:
- cottage cheese (whole grain) - 200 g;
- egg white - 1 pc.;
- natural yogurt without additives - 1 tbsp. l.;
- prunes - 6 berries.
Beat cottage cheese, egg white and yogurt with a blender until smooth. Place the mixture in a baking dish. Put the prunes in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, and then finely chop with a knife and put on top of the future casserole, evenly distributing the pieces. If desired, dried fruits can also be chopped with a blender.
Cook the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. By the way, some housewives add citrus fruits to the casserole, but in this case, the dish turns out to be sour.
