With the onset of warmth, the human body requires vitamins. That is why we offer you a recipe for "Spring" meatballs with sorrel, cilantro, dill and parsley. These meatballs are cooked in sour cream-mustard sauce and served either with or without garnish.
It is necessary
- • 200 g of pork;
- • 150 g of chicken breasts;
- • 100 g of champignons;
- • 50 g of onions;
- • 2 tbsp. water;
- • 1 bunch of green onions;
- • 5 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- • 1 tsp. mustard;
- • 1 bunch of sorrel;
- •sunflower oil;
- • greens of cilantro, dill and parsley (to taste);
- • favorite spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind all meat together with onions into minced meat. Cut the champignons into small cubes. Chop the green onions with a knife.
Step 2
Add mushroom cubes, onion greens, favorite spices and 3 tbsp. To the minced meat. l. soy sauce. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 3
Form the minced meat into walnut-sized meatballs. In this case, it is best to form with hands dipped in cold water. Only in this way the minced meat will not cling to the skin.
Step 4
Pour two glasses of water into a kettle and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Put the meatballs in a thick-walled skillet and fry from all possible sides until golden brown, using a large amount of oil.
Step 6
Pour hot water into the frying pan, cover the frying pan with a lid, and simmer its contents for 5-7 minutes.
Step 7
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the sour cream, the remaining soy sauce and mustard. Mix this mass well and put in a frying pan with the stewed meatballs. Then cover the meatballs in sour cream-mustard sauce again and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Wash sorrel, parsley, cilantro and dill thoroughly, chop finely with a knife and put in a skillet with meatballs after 10 minutes. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil again, then turn it off and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes with the lid closed.
Step 9
Serve ready-made meatballs only hot. It is recommended to take rice or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
