- ground black pepper.
Sift flour into a bowl, mix with salt. Cut the chilled butter into small pieces, add to the flour, grind into crumbs with your hands. Pour in water and beaten egg, knead an elastic homogeneous dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
Prepare the filling. Grate the sausage cheese, mix with finely diced ham. Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolk mass with ham and cheese, beat the whites into a foam with a pinch of salt.
