Delicious homemade biscuits with a rich nut-chocolate flavor and a beautiful "frosty" pattern on the surface. It is simple to prepare, looks luxurious - it can serve as both breakfast and dessert.
It is necessary
- - 100 g of dark chocolate;
- - 75 g of wheat flour;
- - 60 g of nuts;
- - 25 g butter;
- - 20 g of sugar;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
The amount of finished dough is designed for 20-23 pcs. cookies with a diameter of about 3 centimeters. To prepare it, melt the bitter chocolate along with the butter in a water bath. Beat one egg with sugar to make a fluffy mass. Add this mass to chocolate, mix.
Step 2
Take any nuts, but better assorted, chop them in a blender, add to the chocolate mass. Add flour sifted with baking powder. Stir until smooth, cover with cling film, refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 3
Form balls with a diameter of 2-3 centimeters from the chilled dough, roll each ball in powdered sugar - do not spare it, the more powder, the tastier the cookies will be. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and place the balls of dough on it, slightly flattening them.
Step 4
Bake the Chocolate Nut Cracks cookies for 12-17 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees. Do not overdry baked goods thinly! The finished cookies should have a thin crust around the edges, and slightly soft in the middle.

You can store cookies in a plastic bag or sealed box for more than one week. It can be served both for breakfast and for tea as a dessert.
