Rub the lemon zest.

Crush the nuts. Do not crush or grind very finely.

Melt the spread over low heat, not boiling.

Beat sour cream with sugar.

Add whipped yolk, melted spread, whipped sour cream, lemon zest, nuts, cocoa, soda and citric acid to the sifted flour. Knead the dough thoroughly until smooth.

Roll the dough into a bun and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Roll out the cooled dough into a layer no more than 1 cm thick. Form a bake.

Put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The distance between cookies should be at least 1.5 cm.
