  • Applesauce - 80 g;
  • Lemon - half;
  • Ketchup - 80 g;
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons;
  • Black pepper, powdered garlic, sweet paprika, ground cinnamon - all in half a teaspoon.

Step 1

Combine applesauce, ketchup, soy sauce, seasonings in a separate bowl. Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon and add to the marinade. Stir the sauce thoroughly.

Next, you should cut the ribs. They need to be divided individually for better pickling. In the case of large meaty ribs, you can boil them beforehand.

The meat must be placed in the marinade, liberally smeared with each piece. Next, you need to put them in the refrigerator. The ribs should be marinated for at least half an hour.
