Mackerel is a sea fish with a whole range of advantages. However, it is quite rare to find it on the festive table; usually it is included in the daily menu and is prepared according to standard recipes. To add spice to the dish with mackerel and surprise guests with the original taste, you can cook it in Bulgarian style using dry white wine.

It is necessary

  • Mackerel fillet - 750 g;
  • Butter - 60 g;
  • Dry white wine - 200 ml;
  • Lemon - half of 1 pc.;
  • Tomatoes - 300 g;
  • Champignons - 6-8 pcs.;
  • Onions - 1 pc.;
  • Parsley - 1 bunch;
  • Salt pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Mackerel fillets must be thoroughly washed and cut into portions. A small onion is grated on a coarse grater.

Step 2

The champignons should be cut into slices thinly. Tomatoes are peeled, to facilitate the process, they can be treated with boiling water, then cut into circles.

Step 3

A small bunch of parsley must be washed, dried and finely chopped. Cut half a lemon into wedges.

Step 4

After preparing the ingredients, you can proceed directly to the preparation of the dish. A baking sheet is greased with a little butter. Portion pieces of mackerel fillet are laid out in it. The rest of the oil is crushed into cubes and added to the fish.

Step 5

Next, you need to pour the mackerel with wine. After that, the rest of the ingredients are laid out on the fish: champignons, lemon slices and tomato circles. Salt and pepper are added to the dish.

Step 6

The baking sheet is covered with foil and placed in the oven, preheated to 170 degrees. You need to bake the mackerel for 20-25 minutes. Before serving, the fish should be sprinkled with grated onions and chopped herbs.
