1. Heat the milk, add yeast and 300 grams of flour. We put on for 20 minutes, covered with a towel. While the dough comes up, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla with a mixer, until fluffy. Add sunflower oil, beat. Pour the resulting mass into the risen dough, add flour and knead the dough. The dough should not stick to your hands, but it should not come out tight either. Leave the dough in a warm place for about two hours.

2. While our dough is resting, let's start filling.

For the curd filling, mix the cottage cheese, sugar, egg and beat with a mixer.

For the apple filling, boil dried apples until soft. We put them in a colander so that the excess liquid glass. After the apples have cooled, we scroll them in a meat grinder. Add sugar to the resulting mass to taste.

3. The dough has risen, put it on the table and knead well. Cut off a piece, cover the rest with a towel.

4. For buns with cottage cheese, roll out a thin layer of dough. We spread the curd filling, distributing it evenly over the surface of the dough. We twist the roll, cut it into pieces.

5. For buns with apple, cut the dough into small pieces and roll out thin cakes. Put a couple of teaspoons of the filling on the center of the dough. We pierce a hole from one edge and stretch the second edge of the dough into it.

6. Roll out small pieces for dough buns with poppy seeds. Pour a teaspoon of poppy seeds and half a teaspoon of sugar on one half. Cut the second half of the workpiece into strips. Twist a bagel from the half with poppy seeds and cover it with strips.

7. In the rest of the dough, stir in the raisins. We roll out the dough into a tourniquet and twist it in the form of a snail.

We bake buns in the oven at 180 °, greasing them with an egg beforehand. The finished buns turn golden brown after 25-30 minutes.
