Delicate meatloaf is perfect for a family dinner, and for a festive feast. For making a roll, you can take minced meat from pork or take minced meat from pork and beef - this is at your discretion. And from the minced chicken, the roll will turn out even more tender.

- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk;
- - pepper, salt.
- For the filling you need:

- - 2 processed cheese.

Step 1
Prepare the minced meat first. Mix the minced meat, egg, chopped onion, flour, add flour and milk, stir (stir with your hands).

Put the minced meat on a cling film in an even layer (thickness 1-1, 5 centimeters). Put the cheese and ham filling in the middle, roll the roll with the film. To do this, lift the films, glue the edges of the roll.

Place the roll in a greased baking dish. It should be spread with the seam down. Place in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the finished tender meatloaf into portions, serve hot.
