Zucchini is a fairly low-calorie vegetable that is easily absorbed by the body and well digested. They are prepared all year round and can be stuffed with a wide variety of fillings: meat, mushroom, vegetable. The dish from our recipe can be cooked on the stove, in the microwave or in the oven. Fans of spicy dishes can replace sour cream with mayonnaise.

- pork or ground beef - 550 g;
- onions - 1 pc;
- cheese - 60 g;
- zucchini - 1 kg;
- flour;
- vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons;
- sour cream - 120 g;
- ground black pepper and salt;
- ghee - 60 g;
- greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse and peel the zucchini. Cut into 2 cm thick circles. Remove the cores from the pulp. Dip each piece in flour and place on a preheated brazier, drizzled with butter.

Fry the pieces on both sides until golden brown. Place the pieces on a greased baking sheet.
Step 3
Fry the prepared minced meat in a skillet. Chop the onion finely and sauté in a separate saucepan. Add it to the minced meat, pepper and salt. Pass the mixture through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Fill the center of each zucchini mug with prepared minced meat. Pour in sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 5
Place the stuffed blanks in an oven preheated to 200 oC and bake until they are lightly browned.
Step 6
After that, you can take out the stuffed zucchini, put them on plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve to the table with any side dish, sauce, etc.
