Summer began and everyone was drawn to barbecue. Let's make a kind of snack in the form of pancake kebabs.
It is necessary
- - wheat flour 1, 5 cups;
- - water - 400 g;
- - beer (light) - 100 g;
- - egg (1 in the dough + 4 in the filling);
- - smoked chum fillet - 200 g;
- - cheese (hard) - 60 g;
- - mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons;
- - salt, turmeric (to taste);
- - yeast (dry) - 2 tsp;
- - sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- - butter (for lubricating pancakes and vegetable oil (for frying);
- - garlic - 4 cloves.
Instructions
Step 1
Add dough for pancakes: add beer, yeast and sugar to the water. We wait 15 minutes and add the egg, salt, flour. Leave the dough for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Bake pancakes, while you need to grease each pancake with butter.
Step 3
Peel the fish and cut it into small cubes.
Step 4
Boil the remaining eggs and chop finely. Grate cheese and garlic on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 5
Put two tablespoons of the resulting filling on each pancake. Flatten. Roll up into a roll.
Step 6
Cut the resulting pancake roll like "sushi" and put on wooden skewers. Serve ready-made "pancake sushi" on a large lettuce leaf.
