This great camping soup can be made at home. Large pieces of vegetables and meat in a fragrant broth will delight the whole family. Once you try to cook shurpa, it will become your favorite first course.

- - 200 g bell pepper,
- - 100 g of carrots,
- - 300 g potatoes,
- - 3 bay leaves,
- - 40 g tomato paste,
- - 3 liters of water,
- - 3-4 cloves of garlic,
- - salt to taste,
- - dry spices to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - red ground pepper to taste,
- - dill to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat well, cut into pieces, which are put in a slow cooker. Salt, season with spices. For cooking, you can take a special seasoning "For shurpa" or "For pilaf".
Step 2
Cut the peeled onion into cubes and place on the meat.
Step 3
Chop the washed and peeled bell pepper into thin strips. Chop the peeled carrots into large cubes. Coarsely chop the peeled potatoes.
Step 4
Place peppers, carrots, potatoes, bay leaves, and garlic cloves in a slow cooker. Mix the tomato paste with water and pour the ingredients into a slow cooker.
Step 5
On a slow cooker, set the "Extinguishing" mode, the time is 1 hour. Add the ground peppers to the multicooker about 10 minutes before the meal is ready.
Step 6
After the multicooker beeps, turn on the "Heating" mode and leave for another 10-15 minutes. Spread the finished shurpa in portions, garnish each portion with fresh dill or parsley.
