- strawberry or raspberry syrup - 100 ml.;

Method of cooking
Lower the tamarillo fruit for 30 seconds. in boiling water and remove the skin from them. Then cut the fruit lengthwise (use a sharp knife). Next, grease the prepared form with butter and put the tamarillo in it, sprinkle generously with sugar on top. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the dish in it and cook the fruits for 10 minutes. After that, take out the fruit, pour over the syrup and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes. Then take out the form and let it cool.
