Airy and fragrant cottage cheese casserole is a dish that is loved by both adults and children. The curd casserole reminds of childhood, raising the spirits. You can cook casserole in various ways, adding raisins, pieces of fruit, chocolate, nuts. Or you can even make a vegetable casserole. But now we will look at a recipe for a casserole for tea with delicious berry syrup.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 750 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1, 5 glasses of berry syrup;
- - 8 tbsp. spoons of raisins;
- - 5 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - semolina, vanillin, vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, beaten eggs, sugar, semolina, vanillin and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Mix this mass thoroughly, add the washed raisins. Stir with a wooden spatula.
Step 3
Put the curd mass in a frying pan, greased with butter and sprinkled with crushed breadcrumbs, level the surface, brush with sour cream.
Step 4
Bake the curd mass in the oven for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.
Step 5
Cut the prepared casserole into portions, serve hot with sour cream or berry syrup.
