Lasagna is a dish that came to us from Italy. There are many recipes for making lasagna, but the main ingredients are usually lasagna sheets and minced meat. A semi-finished product can be purchased in almost any supermarket, but, firstly, there are many preservatives and chemical additives in such lasagna, and, secondly, it has a rather high cost. You can cook lasagna yourself, you can even speed up the process a little and replace the minced meat with ham.
It is necessary
- To prepare a dish:
- - ham - 250 g;
- - champignons or oyster mushrooms - 200 g;
- - sheets for lasagna - 10 pcs;
- - hard cheese - 100 g;
- - sunflower oil;
- - salt.
- To make béchamel sauce:
- - butter - 50 g;
- - flour - 1 tbsp. l. with a top;
- - milk - 200 - 250 ml.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the mushrooms, cut into small random pieces and fry in a pan in heated butter.
Step 2
Sheets of lasagna, they can be purchased at any supermarket, boil in a large amount of salted water, then put them in a colander and rinse.
Cut the ham into strips, the slices should not be very thick.
Step 3
Now we prepare the sauce: melt the butter in a clean frying pan, add flour in small portions and stir so that there are no lumps, simmer for 2 minutes, then pour in cold milk in a thin stream, stirring continuously. Bring the sauce to a boil and turn off the heat.
Step 4
Grease the form with vegetable oil, lay out the first layer of lasagna sheets, grease them with sauce and put the filling of ham and mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Then again we make a layer of lasagna plates and again the filling, and so on until all the ingredients are gone. The last should be the sheets for lasagna, we sprinkle them with grated cheese. Pour all this with béchamel sauce and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour.
