It is necessary

  • • ½ kg pollock fillet;
  • • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch;
  • • 10 g of white and black sesame seeds;
  • • odorless sunflower oil;
  • • black pepper and salt;
  • • bread crumbs;
  • • 1 onion head;
  • • 50 g of wheat flour;
  • • a small bunch of green onions.

Instructions

Step 1

The fish fillet must be thoroughly rinsed and then dried using paper towels or napkins. After that, the pollock fillet should be cut into not very large pieces using a sharp knife.

Step 2

The husks should be removed from the onion and rinsed thoroughly in running water. After that, using a sharp knife, you need to cut the onion into small pieces. The chopped onion should be mixed with the fish fillet, and then the resulting mixture should be pepper and salt.

Step 3

Wash green onions thoroughly, wait for the water to drain, and then chop finely. After that, green onions must be mixed with pollock fillets.

Step 4

Then add the required amount of cornstarch to the fish "mince" and gradually stir in the wheat flour. Everything should be mixed well, and then cutlets should be formed. They should be small and round.

Step 5

Then the resulting cutlets must be rolled in bread crumbs. But it should be borne in mind that crackers should be on top and bottom of the cutlet.

Step 6

Toss white and black sesame seeds in a small, wide cup. In the resulting mixture, you need to roll only the sides of the fishcake. As a result, you get very beautiful and delicious cutlets.

Step 7

Pour some sunflower oil into a frying pan and put it on a hot stove. Fry the cutlets on each side for 2 minutes until golden brown, then the fire decreases, the pan is tightly covered, and the cutlets are stewed until tender for about 7 minutes.

Step 8

Ready cutlets can be served with absolutely any side dish. They are delicious both hot and cold.
