  • • 2 tablespoons of cream;
  • • ground black pepper and salt;
  • • 1 tablespoon of liquid bee honey;
  • • 1 large onion head;
  • • coriander.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, you need to prepare the meat, and then marinate it.

Rinse the beef in running water and then dry thoroughly using paper towels or napkins. Then the meat must be cut into strips with a sharp knife. Please note that it is imperative to cut across the grain.

Step 2

The resulting strips must be placed in a deep saucepan. After that, you need to add pepper, spices, and salt to the beef. Mix everything very well.

Step 3

Then bee honey should be poured into the meat. If you do not have liquid honey, you can melt it in a water bath or very low heat. Mix everything again thoroughly and cover tightly. Let the beef marinate (this may take 1 to 2 hours).

Step 4

The husk must be removed from the onion, and it must be thoroughly rinsed with cold water. After that, the onion is cut into very small pieces with a sharp knife.

Step 5

Transfer the beef to a saucepan or cauldron and add prepared onions to it. Then the container with meat must be sent to a pre-heated stove. Pour some vegetable oil into a saucepan. After the contents of the saucepan boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover it tightly with a lid and simmer until the meat is almost ready.

5-7 minutes before the beef is ready, put the required amount of cream in a saucepan and mix everything thoroughly. Place the lid back on the dish and cook until cooked through.

As a side dish, a vegetable salad consisting of fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and garlic, seasoned with vegetable oil, is excellent. You can decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs during serving.
