It is necessary

  • - 1 large bunch of parsley;
  • - 1 small onion;
  • - 1 medium carrot;
  • - 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 500-600 ml of tomato juice
  • - 1 can of canned fish (tuna is ideal);
  • - 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - ¼ teaspoon of sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom and fry a small onion until transparent. Then add the carrots. When the carrots begin to change color (from bright orange to yellowish orange) add finely chopped garlic. Stir all ingredients well and simmer for 1 minute. It is important that all ingredients must be fried over medium heat.

Step 2

Pour a large bunch of chopped parsley next to the garlic. Let simmer for 1 minute and pour in tomato juice. Add heat to simmer the sauce faster. When everything boils, reduce the heat and leave the sauce to thicken. About 100 grams of the sauce should boil over.

Step 3

At the very end, mash the fish with a fork and add to the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and add sugar on the tip of a teaspoon, this will add a special taste to the sauce.

Step 4

Let it simmer for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
