No one doubts that fish is useful. It contains iodine so necessary for our body and other important amino acids. Therefore, to preserve all these useful substances, it is better to stew or bake the fish.
Ingredients:
- fresh fish - 1 kg;
- vegetable oil - 100 g;
- tomato paste - 200 g;
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- water - 1, 2 glasses;
- sugar - 2 pieces;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Fish, preferably pike perch - you can also pike, cod, carp - peel, remove the entrails, cut along the spine in half, cut into small pieces weighing up to 50 grams. Season with salt, sprinkle with allspice and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Fry the well-floured pieces of fish in a pan with hot vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Dilute the tomato paste with water, add sugar and stir. Place the fish in a rooster pan and cover with tomato sauce. Bake for 1, 5 - 2 hours in the oven at 150-180 degrees. Serve cold.
