  • - 2 tbsp. wheat flour;
  • - 1 tbsp. starch;
  • - 1 egg white;
  • - icing sugar;
  • - 1 tbsp. bread crumbs;
  • - 1 tbsp. butter.

Step 1

Let's start making delicious muffins. The first thing to do is beat the eggs with sugar. Then melt the butter along with the chocolate, after which it is necessary to cool the mass. Next, carefully, avoiding the formation of lumps, mix the beaten eggs with sugar, sour cream, cinnamon, cognac and the cooled butter-chocolate mixture. It is imperative to get the seeds out of the cherries; this should be done carefully. This ended the first stage.

Step 2

Everything that we got in the first step (except for the cherry, we will add it later) now we should beat well, then add soda, starch and peeled cherries to this mass. Stir the resulting ready-made mixture. Grease the molds with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then pour the dough over them. You need to bake muffins at a temperature of 180 degrees.
