How to cook chicken stomachs? They are usually boiled and stewed with carrots and onions. But the dish can turn out to be much more interesting if you add a variety of vegetables to it, as well as bacon. In this case, chicken stomachs will be juicy and aromatic.

- - shelled chicken stomachs 1 kg
- - bacon 200 g
- - bell pepper 200 g
- - tomatoes 300 g
- - chili pepper 1 pc.

Step 1
Rinse the stomachs well and cook until tender, which will take 40-45 minutes. The water must be salted.

Boiled stomachs need to be cooled, and then cut into medium-sized thin slices.

Cut onion, pepper and bacon into strips.

Finely chop the tomatoes.

Remove seeds from chili peppers and cut into thin strips.

Pour vegetable oil in the amount of two tablespoons into the pan. Fry the onion until transparent, which will take a couple of minutes.

Add chili peppers and stomachs to vegetables and bacon. Mix the ingredients in a frying pan, add soy sauce for taste (a couple of tablespoons is enough) and a little water. Simmer the dish under a closed lid for 15 minutes.
