It is necessary

  • - chocolate;
  • - sugar topping and dragees;
  • - skewers or sticks.

Instructions

Step 1

First, make a biscuit according to your favorite recipe. Let it cool completely, then crush it into a bowl and mix with the jam. As a result, you should have a sticky mixture so that you can easily mold balls from it. Cover the finished mass with cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Once the mass has cooled, roll it into balls no larger than a walnut. This is best done with wet hands. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Step 3

While your balls are cooling, melt the chocolate in a water bath. It can be milk, white or dark chocolate of your choice.

Step 4

Remove the balls from the freezer and make a small hole in each ball using a skewer or stick. After that, dip the stick into the melted chocolate and only then stick it into the ball. Do the same with each cake, then put them back in the freezer for 20 minutes so that the sticks grip well inside the ball.

Step 5

After the above time has elapsed, take out the balls and start decorating them. To do this, dip each of them in melted chocolate and place them on a stand in an upright position. An inverted colander can be used as a stand.

Step 6

While the chocolate is completely warm, decorate each ball with colored even, nuts, colored sugar, coconut, crushed cookies or just grated chocolate.
