  • - 0.5 glasses of red wine;
  • - 50 g of chocolate.
  • Cake "Pyramid":
  • - 200 g corn sticks;
  • - 200 ml of condensed milk;
  • - 100 g of peeled almonds;
  • - 1 tbsp. spoon of coconut.

Instructions

Step 1

Corn sticks and toffee cake

This cake can be given any shape. To make the product look more beautiful, cut large corn sticks into pieces. Use soft, creamy toffee, it melts much faster. Remove the toffee wrappers from the wrappers, place in a large bowl and add the butter. Place the bowl in a pot of boiling water. While stirring, melt the toffee and butter, add corn sticks to the mixture and stir again.

Step 2

On a dish lightly greased with butter, place the sticks and shape them into a slide with a wide base. Melt black or milk chocolate without additives in a water bath, pour in a spoonful of refined vegetable oil. Cool the frosting slightly and pour over the cake. Let the dessert stand for 3-4 hours until it hardens completely.

Step 3

Honey cake

This cake turns out to be very sweet and high-calorie, so you should limit yourself to just a small piece. Fry the walnut kernels in a dry frying pan, and then crush in a mortar. Set aside a few beautiful kernels for decoration. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat until firm. Mix chopped nuts with 5 tbsp. spoons of honey, add in portions whipped with powdered sugar. Put a layer of protein-nut cream on a dish, put corn sticks on top. Cover them with another portion of the cream, then lay out the layer of sticks again. Repeat layers to form a slide. Place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 4

Put the yolks in a bowl, rub with the remaining honey, pour in the wine little by little. Place the yolk mixture in a saucepan of boiling water and continue beating until the mixture thickens. Cool the cream slightly and pour over the cake. Finely grate the chocolate and sprinkle on the slide. Place the cake in the cold for 1 to 2 hours, then serve, garnished with walnut halves.

Step 5

Cake "Pyramid"

The dessert is simple to prepare, but it looks very impressive. Instead of ordinary condensed milk, you can use condensed milk with cocoa, and replace almonds with walnuts or hazelnuts. Crush or grind corn sticks with a blender. Add the condensed milk to the corn crumbs. Stir everything into a homogeneous mass. Take small pieces and roll them into balls, placing peeled almonds in the middle of each. Place the balls on a greased flat plate. Place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 6

Collect the cake. Fold the corn balls into a pyramid, holding them together with condensed milk. Sprinkle the coconut on the cake and refrigerate again for final hardening.
