It is necessary
- For 2 servings:
- - 2 eggs;
- - half a bulb onion;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 65 g of Basmati rice;
- - 100 ml of milk;
- - 250 g smoked fish (salmon, cod);
- - 2 leaves of laurel;
- - 4 peppers;
- - 25 g butter;
- - 0.5 tsp ginger;
- - a pinch of cardamom;
- - 1 tsp curry powder;
- - juice of a quarter of a lemon;
- - fresh parsley to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice and boil in accordance with the instructions, without adding salt. Simultaneously boil hard-boiled eggs.
Step 2
We transfer the fish to a small saucepan and fill it with milk. Add laurel and black peppercorns. Bring to a boil and keep on fire for 6 minutes. We take out the fish and cool it a little.
Step 3
Dissolve the butter in a frying pan. Thinly chop the onion in half rings, finely chop the garlic. Put them in oil and fry until soft. Add cardamom, curry, ginger. We spread the boiled rice. We keep it on fire for a minute.
