How often have you wanted to indulge your homemade delicious sweets, but did not want to spend hours making these sweets? There is one simple no-bake cream cake recipe.
It is necessary
- - rectangular cookies "Jubilee" 36 pieces;
- - cottage cheese 500 g;
- - sour cream 300 g;
- - 1 piece of chocolate bar;
- - jam to taste;
- - fruit to taste;
Instructions
Step 1
Mix cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add jam if necessary. We recommend using strawberry or raspberry.
Step 2
Take a low rectangular shape or a flat rectangular plate on which you will be able to form the future cake.
Step 3
Lay out one or two layers of cookies. Two - if necessary, so that the so-called sand substrate is stronger.
Step 4
Spread some cottage cheese cream and sour cream over the biscuits.
Step 5
Repeat the process in sequence: biscuits - cream - biscuits until you have a multi-layered cake. If desired, thin banana or kiwi rings can be added between the layers.
Step 6
Cover the last (top) layer of cookies and the sides of the resulting cake with the rest of the cream.
Step 7
Spoon a bar of chocolate on a grater, sprinkle the resulting chips on top of the cake. If you can't use chocolate, you can sprinkle the cake with chopped biscuits, colored icing shavings, or fruit.
Step 8
Refrigerate the resulting cake for a few hours. It will be ideal if the product will stand in the refrigerator overnight.
