  • - 11 olives;
  • - 280 g sorrel;
  • - 1 bunch of lettuce;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 145 g of white bread;
  • - 110 ml of olive oil;
  • - 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar;
  • - 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper;
  • - coriander;
  • - parsley and dill.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the fish fillet in a special baking bag, grease it with olive oil and rub it with salt. Tie the bag and immerse in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
