Sorrel has been eaten since antiquity. It has a tonic effect on the body, stimulates the liver and gastrointestinal tract, improves blood composition. The beneficial properties of sorrel are reduced during heat treatment, so it is better to use it raw, for example, in various salads.
Salad recipe with sorrel, radish and eggs
You will need the following products: a bunch of sorrel, 3 chicken eggs or 6 quail eggs, 3-4 stalks of green onions, a few sprigs of fresh parsley, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream, salt to taste.
Rinse and dry the sorrel, remove the stems and cut the leaves into thin strips. Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into small wedges. If the eggs are quail eggs, cut them in half. Wash green onions and herbs, dry and chop finely. Combine all the ingredients, salt to taste, add sour cream and stir the salad.
Sorrel, Chinese cabbage and beetroot salad recipe
You will need the following products: a bunch of sorrel, a few stalks of Chinese cabbage, 1 medium beet, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 clove of garlic, salt and black pepper to taste.
Cut the washed and dried sorrel leaves and Chinese cabbage stalks into small strips. Grate the beets on a medium grater, pass the garlic through a press. Combine sorrel, cabbage, beets and garlic, season the salad with a mixture of vegetable oil, lemon juice and soy sauce. Add salt and black pepper to the salad, stir.
Salad recipe with sorrel, zucchini, cucumber and eggs
You will need the following products: a bunch of sorrel, 1 small young zucchini, 3 chicken eggs or 6 quail eggs, a few sprigs of fresh parsley and dill, 1 medium-sized cucumber, 3-4 stalks of green onions, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic, salt to taste.
Wash the cucumber and young zucchini and cut them into thin strips. Cut the zucchini together with the skin. Marinate the zucchini in minced garlic, lemon juice and salt for 5 minutes. Rinse and dry the sorrel, parsley, dill and green onions and chop finely. Hard boil eggs, peel and cut into wedges. Combine zucchini, cucumber, herbs and eggs, salt and season with vegetable oil, stir.

You will need the following products: a bunch of sorrel, 2 medium-sized red bell peppers, 5 walnuts, a few sprigs of fresh herbs, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
Wash the bunch of sorrel, pat dry and cut off the stems. Cut the sorrel leaves into strips. Wash the bell peppers, peel and cut into small cubes. Peel the walnut kernels, grate them or grind them in a blender. Wash greens, dry and chop finely. Combine sorrel, bell peppers, nuts and herbs, add salt and pepper to taste. Season the salad with vegetable oil, stir.
