In just 2, 5 hours you can get homemade bread with a fresh aroma and tender pulp. The recipe for homemade instant bread is available even for a novice cook.

What you need to make the dough

How homemade bread turns out largely depends on the correct preparation of the dough. It will require the following components: - 500 ml of distilled water;

- 1 tbsp. l. dry baker's yeast;

- 2-3 tbsp. l. butter;

- 3-4 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;

- 70 g of vegetable oil;

- 1 tbsp. l. salt;

- 4, 5 tbsp. wheat flour.

Wheat flour must first be sieved. The butter should be at room temperature. Instead of distilled water, you can use tap water, only boiled and cooled.

Making bread: a step by step recipe

Pour water into a saucepan and place the container on the stove over medium heat. Heat the water to 30-35 degrees. In too hot water, the yeast will die and homemade bread will not rise.

Pour warm water into a mixing bowl and dissolve granulated sugar in it. Add dry yeast to a bowl. Stir the contents and let the yeast swell for about 10 minutes. At this time, the container should be in a warm place, for example, next to a radiator or a switched on stove. Within 10 minutes, the yeast should rise above the water in a small fluffy head.

Pour a glass of wheat flour sifted through a fine sieve into a bowl. Add softened butter and salt. Knead the dough, gradually adding flour. For the dough, you will need about 4 glasses of flour, the rest will be needed for mixing.

The finished dough has a sticky consistency. Roll it into a ball and brush the surface with a little vegetable oil. Transfer the dough to a deep bowl and cover with plastic wrap and a towel.

Place the container in a warm place for 40 minutes. During this time, the dough should increase 4-5 times. After lubricating your hands with vegetable oil, make a hole in the dough through which the accumulated carbon dioxide will escape. Then, knead the dough again, adding flour if necessary. Too dense dough will spoil the quality of the bread.

Divide the dough into two parts and fill the molds greased with vegetable oil with them. In the molds, the dough should stand for another 40 minutes in a warm place. During this time, it should rise above the edge of the form by at least 10 centimeters.

Bake bread in an oven preheated to 220-230 degrees. The baking time is 35-40 minutes.
