Instructions
Step 1
First, mix water and kefir in a metal bowl. You can also use other fermented milk products such as yogurt, curdled milk, whey. Stir well and put on fire for 1 minute to warm the mixture slightly. Add baking soda and stir quickly. The mixture will foam strongly under the influence of a chemical reaction.
Step 2
Now add flour and sugar to the mixture and stir with a whisk until you get a smooth, homogeneous thick dough. Pour this dough with a greased wide pan measuring 30 x 30 cm and bake at 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove the finished cake from the mold, cool and cut into 4 pieces with a cross.
Step 3
To prepare the cream, whisk high quality softened butter until soft, gradually add the condensed milk, while continuing the whipping process. When the cream is ready, add the ground almond kernels and stir the cream with a spoon. Chill the cream in the refrigerator before spreading the prepared biscuit cakes.
Step 4
Brush the cakes with cream, assemble the cake and decorate as desired. Refrigerate the cake for 2 to 3 hours.
