Moualeux is a very delicate crumbly cake. The homeland of this dessert, of course, is France. Moualeux can be made from chocolate, fruit, replace half a portion of flour with almond powder, add dried fruit or candied fruit filling. This exquisite dessert is prepared simply and quickly. Mualeux contains chicken eggs, but if you are allergic or vegetarian, you can prepare the mualeux without eggs.

- - wheat flour - 190 g
- - milk - 165 ml
- - sugar - 50 g
- - baking powder - 0.5 tbsp.
- - soda - 0.5 tsp
- - a pinch of salt
- - lemon juice - 100 ml
- - vegetable oil - 75 ml
Instructions
Step 1
Combine premium wheat flour with granulated sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Stir dry ingredients as thoroughly as possible.
Separately combine cold cow's milk of any fat content and lemon juice, add vegetable oil.
Carefully pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture, stirring the components from the very beginning of the process of combining the mixtures.
Step 2
Use a small baking dish or some small muffin tins. Pour the dough into molds. Keep in mind that the dough will rise very slightly when baking.
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Place the baking tins in the oven and bake for at least 10 and no more than 20 minutes. This time
baking in small muffin tins. If mualeux is cooked in one larger dish, the baking time is increased by about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Cool the finished muale, and then remove from the mold.
Serve mualeux with tea or coffee with cream, glaze or a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fruit syrup.
