We suggest you bake cod fillets with onions, carrots, mayonnaise and tomatoes. As a side dish for such a dish, you can cook boiled rice or mashed potatoes. It is better not to serve hot fish right away, wait until it cools down at least a little.

- For four servings:
- - 500 g of cod;
- - 500 g of carrots;
- - 300 g onions;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - mayonnaise.

Step 1
The baked cod under the marinade is prepared in 1 hour: 30 minutes is spent on preparation, another 30 - on the preparation itself. It is also worth waiting additionally until the finished fish cools down (10 minutes).
Step 2
First, prepare the cod fillet - rinse it, cut into pieces, fry in a little oil.
Step 3
Peel the carrots, chop finely (you can even grate them), fry in vegetable oil. Peel the onions, cut as you like, add to the carrots, fry for another 5 minutes together.
Step 4
Coat a baking dish with oil. Put a layer of cod fillet in it, put fried carrots with onions on top, then fish again, on it - a layer of carrots and onions. Be sure to coat all layers of carrots with mayonnaise! The topmost layer is the slices of fresh tomatoes. Place the dish in the oven.
Step 5
Marinated baked cod is cooked at 180 degrees, after half an hour the dish will be ready. Wait 10 minutes for the fish to cool down a little in the form, at the same time it is infused. After that, you can lay out on plates and serve with any side dish as lunch or dinner. Garnish the cod with whole sprigs of fresh dill.
