Cod is a very popular fish among culinary specialists. A variety of dishes can be prepared from it. But baked cod enjoys special love, which is very easy to cook. Let's cook it with mushroom sauce.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - 500 g cod fillet;
- - 300 g tomato paste;
- - 200 g of fresh mushrooms;
- - 50 g of cheese;
- - 1 onion;
- - wheat flour, bread crumbs;
- - peppercorns, garlic, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the cod fillets thoroughly, cut into pieces. Salt, sprinkle with pepper, roll in flour.
Step 2
Fry the pieces of fish on each side in vegetable oil, transfer to a baking sheet with sufficiently deep edges. Make the sauce for now.
Step 3
For the sauce, peel the onion, chop it, fry a little. Rinse fresh mushrooms, cut, add to the onion. You can take champignons for this recipe. Fry mushrooms and onions for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then add a few black peppercorns, tomato paste, simmer for 10 minutes together. Peel the garlic, chop, add to the mushrooms, salt the sauce to taste. The amount of garlic is up to you.
Step 5
Rub hard cheese, mix with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of bread crumbs.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over the fish, sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake it at 200 degrees until golden brown.
