Kish is a French cuisine dish. It is easy enough to prepare and will appeal to those who follow their figure.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the butter into small cubes, then add flour and a pinch of salt to it. Grind the resulting mixture. Crack the egg and separate the yolk from the white. Combine the yolk with the creamy mass. Add 2 tablespoons of cold water to it. Knead the dough for the future cake. When it's done, shape it into a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 2
After the time has elapsed, remove the dough, roll it out on a baking dish and place in it. Make small punctures in it. Place a sheet of parchment on top of it, and sprinkle dry beans on top of the parchment. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the dough to bake. Deliver it in 8 minutes.
Step 3
Combine the following ingredients in one cup: 3 eggs, cream and grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Transfer the resulting filling into the baked dough. Bake the cake for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Peel the zucchini and cut into thin rings. Fry them in butter on each side for 4-5 minutes. Place on a pie. Zucchini quiche is ready!
