Instructions
Step 1
Honey lollipops.
Pour 1 tbsp into a saucepan. granulated sugar, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of boiled water and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice. Melt the mass to a syrup. Dip wooden skewers into the syrup, pull and wind the sugar threads around the skewer. Dip the lollipop periodically in a bowl of cold boiled water.
Step 2
Lollipops with cognac flavor.
Melt 2 cups granulated sugar, 4 tbsp. spoons of boiled water, 2 tbsp. spoons of brandy. Add two drops of lemon juice. Lay out the silicone mat, pour the viscous syrup on it in small portions, at a distance from each other. Place wooden skewers in the thickening syrup. Cool the candies and remove them from the rug.
Step 3
Chocolate candies.
Stir 2 cups granulated sugar, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder. Pour in 5 tbsp. tablespoons of water and heat over a fire. Lubricate the molds with vegetable oil. When the syrup becomes homogeneous, the sugar and cocoa are completely mixed, pour the candy mass into the molds, stick wooden sticks in them and cool.
Step 4
Currant candies.
Pour two cups of granulated sugar into a ladle, add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of water and a tablespoon of blackcurrant syrup. Melt the mixture over low heat, pour on a silicone mat or into molds. Instead of blackcurrant syrup, you can use raspberry or cherry syrup.
